Our Funeral Directors are responsible for providing a source of support, guidance, and direction to client families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one. We provide our Funeral Directors with strong local, regional, and home-office support so that they focus on what matters: serving our client families. We have made a PACT to work with Passion. Our beautifully constructed funeral home sits atop the Montara mountain range in the heart of Skylawn Memorial Park. We have large spacious chapels, a reception room overlooking a waterfall and rock garden, state-of-the-art facilities, and beautifully appointed reception rooms. The cemetery grounds overlook the Pacific Ocean and the San Francisco Bay. Surrounded by a nature preserve, Skylawn is home to an abundance of wildlife. There is no other funeral home like Skylawn in the Bay Area.

Our directors get the opportunity to work with our families from the first call through the funeral service. There is no "handing off" of a family. You guide them through the complete process. With a transfer company on hand, directors are not expected to handle transfers, either during the day or at night. This gives them more time to devote to their families.

We offer a $7,000 SIGN ON BONUS, 401K, Health/Dental insurance, paid vacations, and relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates!

Qualifications

 * A licensed Funeral Director in California or other state reciprocal license
